In every citizen in the mind of of every citizen there is some idea there is some dream there is some thought

Some people did you have idea generated in the morning but it it laps for loses by the evening

but there are some people who will get involved with their ideas they will keep on thinking on them I cannot able to think from it

entire family is worried about why he is not doing another thing and why he stick to one idea or one task

She doesn't speak to anybody even he try to our friend does not meet friend what happened to him have you gone mad crazy 

But on one fine day he does some magic entire family says that he is is good right from the beginning these are mostly the first generation entrepreneur and family has stopped him discourage him doing any venture entrepreneurship and suggested that you don't go to the business instead do some job

Initially when friends might have listened to this idea they might have ok you for the might have made the fun of you for your idea

Ridiculed about the ideas which you have spoken to them

there might be a one incident or one happening when 

everybody might have oppose you everywhere my might have discouraged you

 every might have protested against what you are doing 

But after your success everybody might have say that I know he he will do this and what he has done I also want to do something like that

This is the story for all the startups same story

Failures are there in the journey of successful and complete person in doing business

Those who are shying  and runing away from the water cannot learn swimming

At least once you have to sink before you learn actual swimming

How to start it one day and those who are doing this can actually have vision and can see the future

Why doing this work lot of people may say that you have gone mad

Those who have only money in their mind cannot run or make  good startup

Thoe who have come for the the benefit of the people aur has some aim is life money is by product for them

Inside you there is a dream inside you there is energy because of this you tried to to do everything which is required start your venture

After that only with lot of efforts conditions to change become so favourable

To start new app or  building New venture doing something different innovative has some feeling of sympathy with others which very few people can experience

Those who have seen this problem cannot able to sleep and they have all the sympathy with the people

The person who is running start up want to solve the problem of thousands and lacs of the people he is very sensitive he has sympathy and he has vision and then  startup will come into existence

Behind every startup there should be tendency to find out solution for major problem

Whenever you start new venture and solve the problems of the people the satisfaction you will get after that is something very peaceful

Startup should not be mistaken like it will have billion dollar investment it will have thousands of employee is it will have laptop it will have technology it will have smartphones mobile app 

you can solve the problems of the people with new venture even in small office with 5/6 employees

if by doing and solving the problems of the people if I can generate employment of 4/5 people it is worth for the nation it is good for the nation

We have to make one psychological change in the minds of the people and youth specially that they have to change from job seeker to entrepreneurs aur job creator

Youth or today's Jawan should say a that I have to give employment to the people and I will be  helping 2 families at least by running my successful startup

I will do something which will help at least few people I will create job 

I will take one step ahead to my nation and I will contribute to the nation for their growth

when at least with think and we do this much we will help Nation to to grow further
