  1. SELF AWARENESS Vs. MEDITATION


What is the main root cause of failure main root cause of failure is lack of awareness now then we have to decide how we can increase awareness simple solution is we cannot increase or decrease the awareness we have lot of awareness use awareness gigantic awareness in our mind that we cannot able to handle it properly

how we can get that awareness which we have in large amount and use it in our life

Answers is meditation

This is not the medicine which you do while sitting at quiet place or in isolation you focus on the sounds you concentrate on the breathing inhaling exhalig

This meditation is completely different
You don't call this meditation then also it is ok this is called self observation
This I will do for five minutes in a day trouble in the morning if you do it you'll have great experience even if you do it for one time you will get the result

Next question would be how to do it so the solution is very simple to do it how to sit in chair keep your posture straight

give your hand only read Audi nice so that we cannot bend forward just keep your eyes closed and give your mind total freedom where you want to go can go and just watch carefully how and where that mind is going you will not believe even if you do it for five minutes then your awareness will increase

Even if you observe where your mind is going how it is going then also you will great more understanding of your mind and more awareness about yourself and your mind

Open your eyes you feel that you are more aware you are feeling fresh you are feeling more comfortable you can see all the things as it is

you are getting that Anand that happiness that everybody has to be true so when you are asking when to do it there is no specific time you can do it at any point of time anywhere

You just have to sit in place anywhere close your eyes and check where your mind is going why it is going you don't have to stop that mind in meditation  you try to control your thoughts

Because of controlling your thoughts in meditation you get more attention and you cannot focus and concentrate

you are trying to control your mind that mind which has overtaken or has control of entire universe so it's very difficult and it's very very hard

Initial you have to act / do as per your mind in the the day you have to do this 5 minutes activity to get more awareness

if you do it successfully your day will be filled with complete happiness and awareness
