Tata motors is going to close or shutdown all their small segment diesel cars

It is done because of stringent and strict bs6 Bharat stage 6 norms

Because of new rules prices of new Bharat stage 6 /BS 6 norms diesel vehicles could increase drastically

maruti Suzuki has also announced that from 1 April 2020 they will be  going to close their all diesel cars

From 1 April 2020,  Bharat stage 6 diesel strict and stringent norms will be implemented

Right now Tata motors sales tiago entry level small diesel car

Compact sedan tagore 1.05 litre also comes with diesel engine

1.3 litre Diesel engine what is bolt & zest 

All above cars are diesel cars from Tata motors

There are very less demand in mid size and small segment entry level diesel cars

Because of stringent rules has strict rules for the diesel engine its price will be increase because of that increase prices demand will be decrease

In market there is more demand  reported recently for the petrol engine

No Company wants to invest in the diesel engine assembly or research and development

Tata motors other two products like nexon and harrier SUV

introduce bs6 Bharat stage 6 norms in the small car segment into level will be highly costly for the company and for the customer

Food company Still continue selling there diesel engine cars

Ford India sales EcoSport and endeavour cars

What will be the future of diesel car engine nobody knows

will diesel engine cars will be outdated and replaced by electrical cars something to wait and watch
