GREEN TRIBUNAL :- POLLUTION ISSUE
Supreme Court has stayed on the
decision given by national green tribunal NGT of Volkswagen being found guilty
in manipulating its vehicle by software so that it shows less emission
German car companies Volkswagen
has been find by 500 crore rupees
Volkswagen is selling diesel
car by using software kit which shows less emission while giving pollution test
Supreme Court has said that
till the time hearing of the court is going on Volkswagen doesn't have to pay
anything any fine
Court is ready for the hearing
on on the case where 500 crore fine imposed on the the Volkswagen for hiding
it's emission by software kit
National green tribunal NGT
asked chairman of the Volkswagen to submit 100 crore rupees within stipulated
time
Volkswagen is saying they have
not used any cheat device in the car
Company had to recall 3.4 lacs
car
Company blamed by government
that they have used software which will show less emission
NGT has said to submit fine
within 2 months
Initially NGT said to submit
171 crore rupees
NGT say that Volkswagen has
caused damage to the environment
NGT said to Volkswagen company
to submit 100 crore rupees to national pollution control board NPCB
Volkswagen has relax due to the
decision of supreme Court
