SELF CONFIDENCE AND ARROGANCE:- VIJAY AND VINAY:-

Gaur Gopal Prabhu

Someone use the word self-confidence someone use the word arrogance sometimes we say that we should be down to earth so that we should not be looking down on anybody and sometimes we have to be e self-confident and tell us that you are the best in the world and you can compete with everybody so mostly in the sport there is this dialogue and dilemma so what is is correct self-confidence or arrogance

There are two words self-confidence and humidity you have self confidence you have humility that is ability to learn from others so your self confidence doesn't go in the arena of arrogance

When I talk about self confidence when I am talking to to be the best version of yourself
I am constantly updating my apps we are constantly updating our operating systems whether it is an IOS or Android
Updation of operating system means bringing the best version of what we exist

Whenever you are updating to higher version you give to the best of yourself if you stick to the older version then you don't have to work too hard when you update yourself to higher version I have to give to the best of virgin 200% of your energy there hard work coming out of comfort zone

Which is why many times I say you are your own competition actually nobody is your competition we have to compete with yourself every single moment every single day to get better than ourselves to get better versions of ourselves
Basically have to be best version of yourself
You should have full confidence that you can crack it you should get there

So you are the best version of yourself doesn't mean you are the best in the world best in the universe as soon as you start thinking that you are the best in the world
Self confidence turn into arrogance
Thin line between self confidence and arrogance

Self-confidence tells you are the best version of yourself arrogance makes you think that you are the best in the world

When you are talking about humility keeping our minds and hearts animal consciousness open to learn from the people around us everybody has so much to offer

Only arrogant stop you to learn from others
One thing that is the greatest enemy of cell growth arrogance thinking that I have cracked it all all

Thinking that I know it all there is no room for improvement there is no scope for enhancing my skill greatest enemy of growth
That's why I think for athletes aur any other for that matter as to have the self confidence constantly working on themselves to be the best version of themselves but not lead into the arena of arrogance

By cultivating required humidity keep that mind and heart open
To learning from others they said that minds are like parachutes they function only when they are open

Fasting acid is basic ethics which is open s ethics behind that practices openness and practice itself it start with the small things I would don't mind me respecting our liftman if my lift man has something to teach me be open to hear

It's hard to hear from the people who are equal to you
It is easier to hear from the people who are higher than you as a place of a pretty better than you sometimes you don't have a choice to listen from the seniors and and those were at big post and designation than you sit and listen

Many times you are learning from who are small from you that time also you feel that I am learning from my juniors so that you have tried that you are open to everyone
People may feel that how he is good good and great that he listen from his subordinates and juniors

The hardest is to learn from the equal circles because they are envy
There is ego there is insecurity there is pride and therefore I think let's start from the small things
Let's atleast begin with those who are higher than us and let's begin at least from who are lower than us

Dalai lama said once beautifully he said when you are simply talking you are only repeating what you know but when you are listening to others you are actually learning something you don't know if you want to grow self confidence is great arrogance is not clear in Sanskrit there is Vijay and vinay Vijay is victory vinay is humility but both go hand in hand Vijay and vinay colour combination because you are have trust in yourself to do the best
But you don't trust in yourself to such an extent that you get close to learning from others for your growth
