negativity excetra the fact is anywhere we go going to find toxic people

change of job change of situation doesn't necessarily ensure freedom of

such people we can certainly to what we can two positively change things

around us but when we know we have done our best and think still remain

more or less the same we should shift our focus the glass of water our

priorities of growth our excellence then we won't be as much affected with

the negativity around us if it is absolutely beyond the capacity to handle

we may actually need a change knowing that the new job on your situation

will bring fresh complexities along with them as well
