TO BAN ON DUPLICATE MARKET IN INDIA
America adviced that the markets which are selling duplicate products
should be banned immediately
America has identified few markets in Delhi like tank road Bazar and
many more online offline Bazar
User identified tank road as worlds largest duplicate product selling
market.
USA suggested appropriate action should be taken on tank road
USA has identified 33 online and 25 offline duplicate product selling
market
These markets are violating rules of copyright and trademark
Tank road was identified by many of the organisation also in
selling duplicate products by violating rules of copyright and trademark
It is also identified that still selling of duplicate products going on
on till date
Tank road also supplying duplicate products two other markets also
USA says because of these duplicate market American economy is affecting
badly
There is also violation of copyright trademark and patent lows of USA
It is estimated that in the world there is 500 billion dollar market of
duplicate products
