1 crore rupees has been asked for the the damage cause by the farmers

This matter is related to sabarkatha

And aravali district of Gujarat

After this FIR or charge sheet farmers are in trouble and requesting government to help them and take out of the case.

Farmers are saying that this case is false and it should be e withdrawan

These farmers are producing potatoes which are used in the lays chips

Pepsico has copyright against this potato species

Pepsico uses fc5 for FL 2027 type of of species of potatoes only for making chips

In 2016 pepsico has Tekken copyrights for this potato

These farmers are small farmers who has farm of 3 Or 4 acres 

Pepsico has taken help of private detective

Detective came in the form of private dealers which are interested in purchasing potatoes and taken sample along with them secretly 

This is not the first time pepsico is filing charge sheet against the farmers in 2018,
