Customer filed complaint against Google regarding pixel 3 smartphone

Customer ordered pixel 3 smartphone from Google but found some defect in it

Then Google accepted to refund but Google paid 5500 and and 10 more extra pixel smartphone

On asking about Customer getting 10 more extra pixel  smartphone customer said instead of of giving me full refund Google paid only 5500 and given 10 smartphone this is not acceptable and I want only money and not this smartphone and I will return this 10 smartphone

This cannot be considered as a genuine customer complaint case as company already giving 10 more units of same products which will be useful in the future for that person can sell it off immediately so so so enough refund was given
