It was observed that there are two friends learning from the same institute learning from the same book learning from the same faculty learning at the same place but but one is selected in in placement process and other is not

Will see how how they have learn things is there anything wrong while learning the things

Both were average students and not the extraordinary student

But both were thinking the same thing that after MBA will we get job or not

a thought that will see whenever the exam will get over when the companies will start coming while be decided to take efforts made by small in right direction and prepare ourselves different unique so that when the companies will came to the come to the campus will stand differently stand unique stand distinguish distribution and will get place early at good brand

In thinking in right direction this way thought that and develop deep learning process for deep learning activity which stands tall him about him stands out him from the other candidates and this kill help him lifelong in every aspect of the life.

Hi he has done something different than others so that he selected from 50 candidates so so he heard that if you read books you will get some extra knowledge and there are lot of skills that are passively learnt by version started reading interesting books after reading few books got multiple advantage benefits reading skills improve English language improved knowledge improve books will tell you everything in detail knowledge he developed such a great skill which help him throughout his life deep work skill for the skill which help him in doing our searching deep work so he is not only restricted to the study but he also focus on other areas regarding deep skills for deep learning because of fast reading or continuous reading he started very fast so he started with the magazine and books and newspaper he started with the understanding of the latest happening editorial part from the car you get request that car owner II from the magazine he started understanding case study deep learning knowledge and other areas

Initially started reading magazine books newspaper but at the last in the examination he started reading syllabus curriculum and question bankdeep learning help him a lot in all the direction in all the aspects of life in college days is started learning more restarted everything from magazine and newspaper he also started giving and participating in which competition and with his good knowledge people used to influence by him his confidence also increase work skill and increase confidence used in some other aspects of life also

In doing Summer internship everybody used to sit in the AC office everybody used to try to avoid work and at the last moment they got this summer certificate and submitted in the college for internship Summer internship but this our hero b then throw learning Andy work at the the internship level b was enjoying life and drinking cold drinks while the other person a was reading whatever is required for the exam hi person they got very shallow knowledge which is not useful to him to industry and to company

In interview room I'm student be used to give lot of good answer why student a could not able to answer anything person be was updated regarding the institute and industry in particular place while student I was not aware because of other work

When interviewer started asking question in English this person be started giving reply in English language because after reading so many things from the books he has good command over English language also

He has written reading books as a hobby but interviewer ask whatever II books you have read recently just name few

again interior ask about summer internship project he could able to tell lot of things in deep because his philosophy was willing willing of deep success interviewer start discussing on some trending business topic on that also defender give both confident and correct answer it's looking right person be is friend discussing with panel and interior interview last for 20 25 minutes

In contrast person a was asked to to give interview in that interview room he could not able to answer anything because he was focusing on short term he was focusing on tomorrow and not a head not over the future version a was not confidence confident in the second place ask about Summer internship but he could not tell because he learnt superficial interview understood that person has not learn anything in dip and he was just and superficial knowledge which is of no use to industry I need to finish almost there itself what is interview and it over there because of deep knowledge deep work deep understanding he became very knowledgeable person and he presented himself different than other people that's why I got selected in a job is it it happening that how is it true that shallow work will get benefit and the work will not get benefit no it won't happen
