The owner of the company founder of the company left the education at the age of 8 years old and started working that time he doesn't know what is money and why it is an so he used to work as a labourer and also worked at a puncture shop up to provide solution for the cycle after lacks of problems they created Panasonic you don't need to be told about brand Panasonic

He born into very rich family and his father was a government servant

His father used all the money in the the wrong things so they have lost all the money e in the wrong things so their condition becomes worst worst and worst so they had to shift to slum areas

The age of 8 left the school and started working at store 

The time for the age when children used to play that time you had to who earn for his household and his bread and butter is owner at the shop used to give him lot of work so when he used to come to the room of the house he generally used to sleep

He has to work for his owners children and the age where he supposed to go to the school and play he used to work for other students other children but that store did not last long and shutdown very soon and they started searching for the another job ab so that he started working at b cycle repairing shop he worked for the cycle repairing shop for 5 years

After that he started working at Osaka electric light company and he he worked there for the highest and he started earning some good money

Again has to work there for long hours and hard work has to do and he used to get very less remuneration from the company he got one deal

Within 6 months all wiring work ok of the factory has to be done so he knows that this is the right opportunity and he he tried his level best he dedicated his all the time to one thing used to sleep for only for 5 /6 hrs 

He got sick and he got pneumonia but he has in his mind that we have to work hard and complete wiring and give back to the company any complete his work within 6 months

So his image in the company got changed at the age of 20 got married

He became more responsible at the age of 20 and also I got promotion in the company any started working in the company as a electrical inspector and his salary increase and his life was all set so he moved from bottom to prestigious place within few years but he never stop there he started working hard

he started working and innovated electrical light socket so that his company get profit and revenue

But when it reach to his manager it got rejected 

When he came to know he left the company and left the job

Now his life was more difficult but he stood by the truth and he started his own company without experience without investment and without much knowledge and much capital

did not get any deal for so many days in his company his wife and brother in law used to work

Because he did not get any deal he left the company as it is for few days after that he got one bill to prepare 1,000 insulator for another company so is started working again and he gave name match two seater electric industrial Company Limited and many employee started working there

Any company he used to who manufacture the light socket which was rejected by the manager

Matsushita invented so many devices which was big hit big success all over the world

He observe one thing bicycle lamp aap use to work for only 3 hours so he used some batteries and and it started giving backup of 40 hours

When he introduced one product again managers rejected it but matusushita started sharing is direct to the market and this product was so so successful that companies run after the matsushita to get this product and this company started getting growth gradually

This company later known as Panasonic Panasonic is a very big brand
