In India even small items like mixer juicer cannot be sold without government proper testing mark on it

But even when and we purchase helmet why we can't it check testing mark or government  rules for it

Government has prepared the draft

After this law draught only BRS approved helmet will be sold

In India there are 219 companies which are manufacturing helmet only 9 are ISI registered standard companies

Question math average in your mind why only 9 companies are following ISI and standard rule for manufacturing helmet

more than 80% of the manufacturer they cannot even understand and read the rules and regulation for manufacturing helmet

but only 9 companies are following rules and regulations set by the government for the manufacturing of helmet

India's helmet market is dominated by unorganised sector

In India 2 crore helmets are sold every year 70% elements are not branded or without ISI mark or without government it regulation mark

Government has made it compulsory that branded helmet manufacturing companies should I sell the ISI standard and standard helmet

New BIS government regulation will be started from June and it is twice postponed

Government want to secure every Rider or driver of of two wheeler vehicle

Tamilnadu government has make it mandatory to follow the rules and regulations set by the government and court

If every transport minister applies same rules and regulation as as per the tamilnadu government transport minister then we could save lot of lives in lacs

Right now very few companies are following government rules and regulation like BRS and ISI mark but after few days lot of companies will be following these standard
