(a) Consumer Behaviour is a Process :

Consumer behavior is a continuous, on-going process.

It studies the various patterns of buying behaviors of different types of consumers.

(b) Consumer Behavior Not Always shows the Same Pattern :

Consumer behavior does not always shows the same pattern. It may

vary as per the demand patterns of different consumers. It may not always be the same for the different products.

(c) Factors :

Consumer behavior is significantly affected by various factors

such as, marketing, economic, social, cultural and personal factors etc.
