Earlier they sold computer software then they sold wireless PC

Machine to machine business Nokia become partner of Micromax

Micromax has sold public PCO phone for Nokia Care for Airtel

Rahul Sharma was taking care of PCO business for Airtel and Nokia he noticed something after which his life completely changed or he has taken some drastic decision

2007 he went to baharampur in West Bengal there was lot of tlcues or lines used for making a call
*******************************************************************************
because there was no battery and in the night owner has to take out battery from the truck to provide electricity for the PCO business which he is running
*******************************************************************************
many times has to move to the city place or town place to get the battery charged
He felt very bad he decided to prepare some backup phone which can be sold to this people or rural people who are are waiting for the the battery backup and getting backup energy from the truck batteries

Rahul Sharma observed every day and night there was a cube at PCO to make a call all and there is a serious problem of electricity battery backup
*******************************************************************************
That PCO owner used to charge more and more because of no competition and he was having monopoly
Rahul Sharma convince other founders and started to launch Long battery backup phone as per the need of the requirement at baharampur
*******************************************************************************
So with 2150 rupees Micromax launched 1 months backup mobile phone
*******************************************************************************
this phone this old 10000 units in 10 days without any advertisement
after this Micromax focus on the need of the consumer satisfy the need of the consumer and getting more business

Micromax shifting their focus after this to understand the need of the customer requirement of the customer based on the customer preferences of the customer and prepare mobile phones accordingly

After this micro Max launched dual SIM mobile phone and universal control phone affordable smartphone

Rahul Sharma says we did not launch many features and costly price smartphone
*******************************************************************************
Rahul sharma's observation was people used to have lot of programs and application and features but only 5% of that is actually used by the customer rest are just there in the phone other blocking memory or or just to have status symbol

Micromax now preparing 3G smartphone tablet and LED TV
*******************************************************************************
Rahul Sharma has launched all the mobiles with 25% less cost or less expenditure to the customer for 25% discounted smartphone so people are are attracted towards Micromax smartphone

Rahul Sharma says I used only simple strategy and to reduce the workforce remuneration for the expenditure we shifted plant to China

Company e use China to make themselves big or expand

Micromax started launching phones in Indian market like that of Chinese smartphone companies same strategy

people perceive that Micromax is Chinese company rather than Indian company

Micromax got the first success with smartphone blink and it is made for the ladies telecommunication
