Is father's name was Robert Colgate he was working farm and and any money for his family Then he moved to Maryland USA then I started preparing for manufacturing soap and candle and William Colgate use to help his father in that business but however taken so much of a force this business could not get the success and they have to close the business because of this his family suffer a lot now William Colgate thought that I should leave the home and I should work for myself then I started doing small work but there was no success so I reach New York in 1804 then I started working in a soap factory there in your any learn a lot about the business then I decided that I will also work ok also start similar business also learn how our company works and he came to know how employees or worker makes mistake and how company suffering due to the silly mistakes of the employees after working two years he left his company *******************************************************************************
he started his company in small shop and given name William Colgate and company and company was manufacturing CEO and this business of William Colgate started getting success started achieving success in short period of time and he was moving heading towards destination however he got mild heart attack heart attack because of health issues we could not able to focus on his business because of this the company e was in laws and moving towards failure but as soon as his health improve hi again came back in the business and business started going and he took the company to the new heights William Colgate was a religious person he was thinking that whatever I have is all because of mighty god so he he asked his one of the employee or a manager to start a bank account in the name of god and he used to keep 10th profit of one tenth profit of his company forgot and he used to give charity and give 2 social work from that bank account so so as soon as business started growing he also started making profit and money and also started donating and keeping money in the bank account for the God and slowly and gradually started giving 50% Charity and donation and in 25th March 1857 arrest in a peace and took his last breath at his business was carried over or taken over by his three sons and 20 people taken this company to the new heights they started oral health business they started the business of toothpaste in 1873 first toothpaste Colgate was launched it was available in 4000 than in tube then they started making changes in the packaging and the preferred tube over Java 1856 onwards customer started getting toothpaste in tube *******************************************************************************
This company also manufacture soap toothpaste perfume and shaving cream and and it 3 88 along with the form believe is started growing today thousands of people are working this company and this is the 59th best brand in the world *******************************************************************************
