PCB Pakistan cricket board has filed case against BCCI that they did not play the bilateral series against Pakistan since is last 11 years and 6 bilateral series has planned between 2015 to 2023 *******************************************************************************
because of with these bilateral series did not take place Pakistan cricket board PCB has a suffered lot of losses So for the compensation PCB demanded 43 crores but BCCI in its statement shade that to play with Pakistan cricket cricket board is just a proposal and not emayou memorandum of agreement and it is not legally binding to India or BCCI we are not responsible for the losses in a card for the PCB for Pakistan cricket team Pakistan claim 245 crores of rupees in compensation but ICC in its dispute resolution committee said India is not a guilty in this case *******************************************************************************
no losses has occurred to PCB Pakistan cricket board from India BCCI in this statement said we cannot play with the PCB Pakistan cricket board because of denial of permission from Indian government because of terrorism *******************************************************************************
It is accepted by the ICC and its dispute resolution committee and given decision in favour of BCCI for Indian cricket team and also Said that Pakistan cricket board has filed wrong case and compensation of 10 crore should be given to BCCI or Indian cricket team *******************************************************************************
PCB filed case under the chairmanship of nazim sethi And ehsan Mani Ehsan Mani has said we had to pay 15 crores to India and we have paid it as a compensation for wrong case *******************************************************************************
ICC and its dispute resolution committee also said that this decision is binding and non appealable Pakistan suffered a lot due to the wrong case filed against BCCI and in social media people are laughing at this case and commenting against Pakistan *******************************************************************************
