PLAN & MANAGE THE CHANGE :-UTMOST IMP. IN OUR LIFE & KEY INGRADIENTS TO SUCCESS.
As per themartin luther king you should have blue print of your career. You should be ready with the blue print of career at the early age of your life is success mantra.
Whichever area you choose BE THE BEST at least aim for the Best.
It is expected that don’t live ordinary life like others you will have to keep moving.
IF YOU CANT FLY THEN RUN, IF YOU CANT RUN THEN WALK, IF YOU CANT WALK THEN CRAWL LIKE BABY BUT KEEP MOVING.
Role model should be someone like HUSSAIN BOLT he keep breaking his own record. It is very good strategy as you keep on challenging yourself.
If you are comparing you with others then you are insulting yourself as everyone is different and good at some or the other skills. They need to identify that particular skill.
Breaking our own record is taking MY PRESSURE than peer pressure. Don’t take peer pressure.
Just remember success is journey and not the destination.
Change will happen continuously and it will start with baby step (Chinese proverb- wisdom).
To get the success you will have to upscale and rescale and gain knowledge.
New habits, strategies will have to adopt to gain knowledge and skills.
People who are willing or adopt to gain business relevant skills will only survive & grow, is bitter truth someone like or not.
Today’s world have lot competition, INPREDICTABLE, volatile, uncertain, Insecure.
New Technology is wiping out old technologies, market disruption will happen with amazing speed.
Technology is Key. Those people who will understand technology and will invest into it will get lot of profits.
Now its era of performance and Delivery by the candidates.
Everyone wants to see visible results.
Today’s Startegy is to plan, execute and achieve small goals than large ones.
Automation and robotics is key and will happen.
Learning trough machines will redundant some methods or systems.
People are focusing on their core skills & others are outsourcing.
If in an IT company they are getting any project they will have to train them on the new skills so they will
have to select the people who knows more about core skills or fundamentals.
Never feel that you have got lot of knowledge or experience.
Don’t be in your comfortable area because then you will not learn anything.
Don’t be in you comfortable area is key to success.
Sacin Tendulkar , He was thinking continuously on his core areas. He always use to think that what made him out or why he got out, what went wrong. He was continuously introspecting and questioning yourself.
Here nobody told sachin to introspect but he did it himself.
World was thinking about he is performing. But he was not thinking himself that he was performing.
He determined to focus on area that not to loose his wicket in any normal / ordinary circumstances.
He use to think about how he lost his wicket when nobody asked or questioned.
HE BECAME GREAT BY INTROSPECTION & RETROSPECTION
WE MUST REMEMBER THAT NO BODY WILL TELL YOU TO PERFORM. MSRKET WILL NOT TELL YOU TO PERFORM BUT IF YOU DON’T THEN YOU WILL BE PERISHED.
Like Tendulkar giving same result every-time is not easy.
Now a days market is shrinking, there are very less opportunities in the market. Competition is high very big players are trying to enter into the new markets
Like Tata, Reliance, Aditya Birla, Bajaj, Godrej Mahindra& Mahindra, Godrej are competitors of each others.
Customers have reduced their budget so there is high competition and less profits and less opportunities.
So, Innovation is key to the success. It is an art of getting new customers.
BECAUSE Companies are relooking for the employee’s compensation plan.
performers will be awarded rather than non performers.
Success is achieving the various milestone on the continuum of the life.
Business Relevant.
Now a days person has to be business relevant in order to get appreciated / awarded.
Company wants to see their employee as a true business partners.
As the speed of change is very fast employee has to give or should tell the insights of the business to the organization.
Employee has to responds to the customer’s complaint quickly.
Employee should reduce customers’ complaints.
Employee should work and rework and sharpen their skills, thinking ability and knowledge.
Sports is a great motivator . it is also good team building activity.
Sports help to understand easily what a team is required to get the success.
Sachin Tendulkar for more than 11 years was planning earlier one day before for the next day.
So we also plan what al we should do tomorrow.
MANAGING THE CHANGE:
Biggest problem in the world is managing the change.
Most of the people are not ready for the change.
Learn to adopt the change.
Reason being business demand, people or customer demand have changed
World is changing constantly and only change is constant.
Employee has to perform, deliver prove his mettle or worth.
Customer’s problem has become very vital/ imp.
Whatever is expected by the business is relevant should be deliver within less time.
Those who will manage the change will survive and others will perish is the law of nature – Survival of fittest.
