Those who have big dreams big vision will set high standard for them that means high work ethics
So they have to perform more
They have to practice more
They have to minimise defect error mistake in their practice
Work ethic is a standard you set for yourself and don't go below that infect you everyday keep on increasing and improving on your performance aur practice that's why you become unbeatable after certain period of time
