How to come out of disappointment or depression :- Being Small

Mini many a times we feel disappointed demotivated depressed and don't know what to do to come out of it I have a simple solution which will definitely work for you the reason being the motivation or depression is we are thinking big and having lot of expectation and Windows expectation did not fulfill then we we feel depressed sad disappointed many times we feel disappointed motivated depressed and don't know what to do to come out of it I have simple solution is exactly opposite that is thinking small when you think small think that you are the smallest person on the Earth and who is struggling to survive and whatever he gets is benefit for him so take an example of beggar when he gets some good things to eat he will become happy when he will get good clothes he will be happy whenever he will get something extra then what is present Emptiness -0 situation will be happy so when you think like a small person who has nothing to lose and everything he is earning and getting is bonus for him so this is the life of satisfied person who is the most happiest person on the Earth isn't it so when you think you are a small person you will automatically divert or direct to think ok all your problems why do they exist are there really a big problems how those can be solved how much they are associated to you you and your life to survive and getting is bonus also you will see opportunities how to overcome problems opportunities are when you look for small small things and getting the small things is feeling like a big achievement then you will realise that these are the opportunities and your brain will actively work on small opportunities and you will not lose anything small or big achievements mostly when you are depressed you loose Aur Miss out lot of things because when you are depressed your brain will stop thinking and thinking small opportunities is even difficult for brain in depressed state

when you will think like a small person you will check opportunities to achieve and you will come out of comfort zone you will leave realistic life you will do the best things that you can do to survive you will start thinking in all direction you will become a versatile personality even if you come out of comfort zone that is big achievement because then you will start giving your 100% it will become efficient and gradually effective hope it will work for you also
