Come out of tension immediately No tension no problem
Many a times we take tensions we become disappointed depressed procrastinate have anxiety have negative emotions
When you have tension problems purposefully e intentionally try to come out of it because it will do no good to you it will be always harmful
Tension and depression harmful to your talent your creativity your intelligence
Tension will stop thinking and you will not generate any thoughts in your mind
You cannot able to focus on the work
I cannot able to progress
You will stick to one place
Negative thoughts will ruin your life
Your day today life will be perished
When you are under pressure your creativity and intelligence will be zero and you cannot able to perform your work ok which you aur doing in daily routine
Instead you will start deteriorating your quality of performance
Your standard will decrease
You will commit more errors more mistake in your work
Financial losses will occur due to do less quality work
Also it will hamper your health
Health will start deteriorating
You will suffer from lot of diseases
Your your body will not function normally
You have to medication and doctor
Worry will not help you in anyway
If you think about past it is of no use because it has happened and it will not come
If you are thinking about the future it is not certain and you don't have any control over it so in both the cases there is no use of. Of worrying and taking tension
So to perform you have to to stay out of tension anxiety depression intentionally and voluntarily purposefully
