In one of the stories Sundar pichai  was asked when he was interviewed at Google

Instead of of asking how you will generate profit for  Google, interview panel asked Sundar pichai what was your biggest failure and how did you come out of it

Sundar pichai said in childhood we were  very very poor

Daily we used to work and earn money

 we have to struggle entire family to earn livelihood

There i learned to do each and every personal work

I can take care of myself I can do each and every work which is required for survival and is in daily routine

However in corporate world you have to get done your work from others and I was very week about it since childhood I did not do such work

So when I entered corporate world I focused on getting work done by my team and I did not do any work except my personal work

There I learn team building skill which was lacking in me and I became fairly good leader

Second incident happened at restaurant 

Restaurant was full of customers 

Restaurant was very clean tidy and neat

From somewhere small cockroach jump on one lady customer's dress or shoulder

That ladies cream she was yelling everybody was running here and there

Then that cockroach jump on second ladies shoulder she also did the same thing

Within no time waiter came by the time cockroach jumped on a table and then to the waiter's shoulder 

Waiter took some small cloth put it on the Cockroach hold it and throw it away outside restaurant

In our life problems are like that cockroach

Some people reply some people respond

Some people make that issue big however to they don't solve that issue this is reply

Other intelligent people will not panic but solve that problem with great patience this is respond

So conclusion is

We should learn to solve the issues in our life however it may be difficult don't panic. face the issue you with strong hard and strong mind
